Coal Slurry Gone Wild

This by-product of coal-fired power plants known as 'slurry' has not only devistated this Tennesse community, but has the same potential of happening anywhere. Should we blame the 'Clean Air Act'? After all, it could have just gone into the air and landed in somebody elses back yard. Out of sight and out of mind.

In either case, be sure and keep 'your' health insurance premiums up to date.
