This story from today's Chicago Tribune provides a glimpse at how Chicago looks at the Asian Carp crisis, especially from the perspective of the tour boat operators who fear closure of the locks leading to Lake Michigan.

  Mr. Collopy appears to only have his interests in mind.

  Perhaps the Corp. of Engineers can be commisioned to conduct a true impact study for the GL. 

   In the mean time, Mr Collopy may consider raising his rates with proceeds going towards Aisian Carp eradication. Unless he'd rather buy a politician.
